About the Role

This is a people-focused role where you’ll meet with families, assess students, and help them get started on the right learning program.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting student assessments and clearly explaining results to parents
• Recommending suitable learning programs based on each child’s needs
• Following up enquiries and building strong relationships with families
• Managing assessment admin (notes, enrolments, goals, etc.)
• Supporting the team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every family

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A qualified teacher or currently studying education
• Confident communicating with both students and parents
• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Looking for flexible, part-time work in a rewarding environment
