We are seeking a capable and driven Centre Manager to lead the operations and performance of our Regents Park and Caloundra centres. This hybrid role requires travel between locations and offers the opportunity to take full ownership of two established centres.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both operational excellence and the overall centre experience. You will play a critical role in ensuring strong engagement with families, consistent delivery standards, and a well-led team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations across two centres, ensuring consistency, structure, and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with parents and families
• Drive a high-quality, professional learning environment aligned with Kip McGrath standards
• Support, guide, and hold tutors accountable to performance and engagement expectations
• Oversee scheduling, student flow, and centre organisation to optimise operations
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards across both locations
• Contribute to a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture

About You

This role will suit someone who is confident leading people, comfortable managing competing priorities, and motivated by delivering a consistently high standard.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven leadership or management experience (education or service-based environments highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with families
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities across locations without compromising quality
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong personal accountability
• A genuine interest in education and student outcomes
