We are looking for a Centre Manager for our Victorian locations, responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the centrse and ensuring a welcoming, high-quality learning environment for all.

About the Role
This is a key position within the centre, with a strong focus on:

• Managing parent communication and building positive relationships with families
• Creating warm, engaging centre environments and vibe for students and staff
• Overseeing the daily operations to ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently
• Supporting tutors and working collaboratively as part of a wider team
• Maintaining high presentation standards across the centre

This role is Tuesday to Thursday, 2:30pm – 7:30pm & Saturday 8am-12pm with flexibility to travel to other centres if required.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Ideally, you will demonstrate:

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with parents and students
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, energetic approach to creating a great centre culture
• Willingness to support across multiple locations when needed
