We are looking for a Centre Manager for our Manawatū and Whanganui Centres to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. You will oversee the day-to-day running of both centres, support our tutoring teams, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality learning environment where students can build confidence and thrive.

About the Role

This is a key position within the centre, with a strong focus on:

• Managing parent communication and building positive, ongoing relationships with families
• Conducting educational assessments for prospective families, discussing results and recommending learning programmes tailored to each student’s needs
• Creating warm, welcoming and engaging centre environments for students and staff
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure tutoring sessions run smoothly and efficiently
• Supporting tutors and working collaboratively with the wider team
• Maintaining high standards of presentation across both centres
• This role is FULL TIME and requires flexibility to travel to other centres if required.

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with parents and students
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, energetic approach to creating a great centre culture
• Willingness to support across multiple locations when needed
